Important dates

• Enquiries are accepted throughout the year.
• The first fee instalment is due before the opening of Term 1.
• The second fee instalment is due before the opening of Term 2.
• Term dates are published on the school calendar and shared with parents.

Required documents

• Completed school admission form
• Copy of the child's birth certificate
• Two recent passport-size photographs of the child
• Copy of the parent's or guardian's identification
• Transfer letter and recent report from the previous school, where applicable
• Any relevant health information the school should be aware of

1. 1Make an enquiryComplete the enquiry form on this page, call the school office or visit us at Kwa Pole along the Moshi–Arusha Road.
2. 2Receive admission informationThe administration will share the admission requirements, class availability and the current fee structure.
3. 3Submit required documentsReturn the completed admission form together with the documents listed under admission requirements.
4. 4Assessment or interviewWhere applicable, the child meets a teacher for a short placement assessment so that we can place them in the right class.
5. 5Admission confirmationThe school confirms the offer of a place and the reporting date for the term.
6. 6School registrationComplete registration, settle the first instalment and collect the uniform and book requirements.
